Tour Sacred Valley (1 Day)

The tour starts approx. at 08:00 am and ends at 7:00 p.m., we go through your hotel, to have a guided tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where we can contemplate a panoramic view of the Inca citadel of Pisac and the Vilcanota river, We will also visit the typical Indian market of Pisac, we will have the opportunity to learn about the customs of its inhabitants and haggle prices with sellers, then we go to the city of Urubamba, traveling along the Vilcanota River.

In Urubamba we will have lunch and then go to the Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo, built to guard the entrance to this part of the valley and protect it from possible invasions of the inhabitants of the jungle. We will have the opportunity to walk through the streets of the town and thus have a clear idea of ​​how this military, religious and cultural center was during the Inca Empire.

On the way back to Cusco we will visit the picturesque town of Chinchero, where the remains of the royal treasury of Túpac Inca Yupanqui are found. Admire its well preserved Inca Wall in the main square and visit the beautiful colonial temple with interesting frescoes in the portico, built on the foundations of an Inca building.

Finally we will continue with direction to Cusco.
